Just wondering what people have experienced with major tree issues, residing in common property under strata title?

It might pay to be a little more specific. If you're living in a strata title dwelling then the management people might be able to help with some advice.

I used to live in a block of units where fig tree roots used to get in the sewages pipes and block them.

The trees were on council property. I believe the strata were able to get some compensation from Waverley council.

Basically the pipes had to be dug up and replaced because they were trashed so a major job.
