Go into any Commonwealth bank fill in a IMT (International money transfer) you will need details of the destination Barclays bank account.

What kiwipaul said, or goto Tranzfers and do it that way for $15
I use this, as do others on here. The first transaction requires faxed/sent ID but after that you'll have an account and its very easy and quick.
