Default Trades in demand extra points

I saw recently that certain trades are now offered 10-15 more points.Does this mean that you can go anywhere in OZ or must you go to designated areas???

If you go on a ordinary PR visa there is no stipulation on where you go...it is if its sponsered it sometimes makes a difference...the extra points you have seen are purely that...which in some cases means you dont have to stump up the extra "bond" to get the points...they are the high demand list...I assume this is what you are on about..makes it easier for the high demand to get in...they are also fast tracked to a certain extent
