Can anyone tell me which mobile networks cover Townsville and who gives the best coverage?

Optus and Telstra have their own networks. Telstra would probably have the best coverage. We had Optus pay as you go phones. They probably will have the better deals. We just switched over to Telstra a couple of weeks ago, haven't had any issues yet.
