To connect your TOMTOM/PDA to your pc you will need USB lead. Then when you explore the device you will see where the UK map is, you just need to put the OZ map in there as well so you have access to both UK and OZ maps.
Now i know i have it running on my PDA on TOMTOM 6 but i also have OZ map for TOMTOM 5 as i used to be running that on my PDA.
I tried to load map onto my mate's TOMTOMONE but it wouldn't recognise the map for some reason so maybe the maps will only work for the version of TOMTOM you are running.

If anyone wants the TOMTOM 5 and TOMTOM 6 OZ maps, i can put them on a disc and mail it out then whomever has it and uses it can then post the disc on to the next person. I aint promising it will work for any other versions but i know it works for the 2 I have mentioned.
for mobile phones it needs to be a symbian version for mobile phones. I have pointed Aston in the right direction, and if anybody else needs advice, just PM me.

Paul.

All you need to do is scan before unzipping. Never had a problem myself with an up to date virus scanner.
