Timescale.....the BIG move
We lodged our application (via agent) on 3/6/08 (Subclass 176).
To be honest we have not started to do anything regards the BIG move, only because we don't know the timescale of anything really (No CO yet!!!)
Well we have started doing some car boot sales to get rid of some items.
We have decorated our property to "freshen" up for sale, but the properties go like hot cakes where we are so not too worried about putting on market just yet.
Anyone else in same boat?

Your lucky that properties sell round by you, took us over 12 months.
We lodged our subclass 136 on 02.08.08 and got our Visa on 22 may 08
