Quick question....

Does anyone know if there any time scales involved with regards to when you must enter Australia, upon acceptance of a finace visa app?

Any help appreciated......

p.s. - no stroppy "why dont you do a search?" replies please. I've done a quick search, but I'm at work and have to nip on and off the site when the boss aint looking.

Yeh.....timescales noted on your visa letter [and noted on visa when evidenced in passport].

States something like "you must enter Australia no later than .............".

What type of visa ??? If that says finance, sorry can't help !!

Just remembered.

I think timescale for entry is no later than 1 year from when you had your first medical or Police check [which ever is first].

E.g I had my medical before the Police check......medical was on 4th November 2003.......so I have to evidence my visa by entering Aus no later than November 4th 2005.
