I'm pretty worried about the fire risk at the moment. I must get round to clearing more of the dead palm leaves fallen between the fence and side of house.
Isn't Oz a bit overdue for a cyclone too?????

As a builder here now I can tell you without any doubt many cheap project homes will not stay standing if there was a cyclone, maybe up Darwin way but down in the SE people doubt we get them and the bare minimum is put in to cyclone proof them, houses would be flying round like nobodies business. Cyclone warning I'll be in the hills
Fire does seem to be the main threat tho at the moment. Cleaning out the gutters important, a few leaves in the gutter, one spark and boom house gone. Might put that on the weekend list then.
