HUP

You know when you open a thread and sometimes a little box sidles out from the left and sits above the thread so you can't read it. Does anyone know what they are cos they don't appear to be popup windows. They're a bit sneaky cos if you hold the mouse pointer above the X which usually means that you would close the popup instead of the cursor turning to an arrow it stays a hand which signifies that its doing something else.
