Question Thinking of moving to Australia.....isnt everyone?

Hi all and thankyou for reading this............
We are a family of 5 >2 adults and 3 kids>13, 14 and 17.
My partner is a heavy goods vehicle driver.......dont yet know the equivalent over in oz, I am a house keeper, my eldest will be going to university when he finishes college. any suggestions, help or advice would be most appreciated.......Cheers.

You are not giving us much to go on here.....I dont think either of your jobs are on the skills list for starters...(there is plenty of driving lorries work in Oz but it isnt on the list...We have checked out the job situ and looked into equivalent liciences as my husband is H.G.V driver) I think we found with HGV 1 you can drive most things apart from the road trains,but I recollect that to upgrade to that also wouldnt be too difficult.
What type of visa are you intending to apply for...? Is a good place to start.....

I have two aged 15 & 17 and thats enough for me
Can't help much as I only ride a bicycle.

I am being serious.

I did a thread a while ago called "leg power" as I needed some info about bike riding in OZ.

Looks like shopping could be difficult

where do you put six bags of shopping on a push bike...!
