Thai Airways, higher bag allowance
I have just been holding on to Thai Airways for over 40 minutes to sort out my baggage allowance. I have finally got through and been asked to request this via email so thought i would save you the time of holding just to be advised to email! (why they dont share this information on their website is beyond me! 
).
Anyway, it is [email protected]. They need your flight details, the reason you are requesting and your contact deails - home address and telephone number....
