The only issue I could see with buying termite damaged property is that the bank might refuse to loan you the money if they are aware of the termite damage. This isn't a problem if you're buying it outright I guess.

try Zuess, its the best stuff i know,we get ours from Elders,brilliant stuff.we had white ant in our holiday home,the little feckers dont like this stuff!

i just thought i should tell you this just in case it happens to someone on here...
my mother in law came over for a holiday and fell asleep by our pool..the kids were messing around in the pool and splashed her wooden leg,which of cource termites love..
anyway to cut a long story short,my sun done this massive bellyflop making a loud clapping noise ,the mother in law jumps up..and falls straight into the pool because the bleedin termites had eaten her flippin wooden leg....
