The only issue I could see with buying termite damaged property is that the bank might refuse to loan you the money if they are aware of the termite damage. This isn't a problem if you're buying it outright I guess.

try Zuess, its the best stuff i know,we get ours from Elders,brilliant stuff.we had white ant in our holiday home,the little feckers dont like this stuff!

Insurance companies would normally cover such event but in your case she hasn't got a leg to stand on.
