hi all

i have validated my visa and im due for PR august 2007. After getting my PR do i have to stay in oz or is there a time limit when i should be in oz? the reason i am asking is that me and my wife we are planning to move for good to oz by august 2008. we were planning to go at the end of the year but have changed our plans.

In August 2007 your get a PR subclass 100 it will be valued for 5 years at the end of 5 years you can apply for a Resident return visa if you have lived in Australia for a certain time limit normally 2 years but if less than 2 years it will be only valued for 3 months.
