Hello All,
This is satbir from india and we are family of three, my wife and little cute daughter, we are shortly migrating to Melbourne on PR visa, My wife is a secondry school teacher here with the experience of two years till date, she has degree of Bachelor in Science, Bachelor in Education and Masters in Education. Can any one tell us, what are the formalities to be completed to get a job of teacher in Melbourne. Are these degrees are sufficient or she have to do some course to get the job of teacher.

I'm sorry that I can't tell you about teaching, but your wife has an impressive list of qualifications. From what little I know about teaching in aus, there may be a year's 'conversion' course, which brings you up to speed on the curriculum and methods used in Aus. That's the last time I looked anyway which was some time ago. I'm sure someone can tell you. I can't think for one minute she'll have a problem finding work though.
