Tried Carseldine market. Found some nice lovely rich red Noosa tomatoes. I brought a bag for a fiver. To spread my risk I even brought a bag of plump looking Roma tomatoes from another stall.
Went home, sliced a few of them up and sprinkled with salt.
Both lots hopelessly and utterly tasteless.

I will try again once I have a proper garden. I reckon they need some deeper soil and more light.
