Actual due date is 31st July, but they reckon I won't go full term so looking more at the beginning of July realistically.

Yes I have been to Agfest, I went last year it was great, you can pick up some bargains. And don't forget to visit the food stalls they have free samples for you to try, yum yum. If you have acreage it's definitely worth a visit as you can some good contacts and information that you might need. We bought so much stuff last year we had to buy a wheel barrow to carry it all around in. Oh and comfy shoes are a must, it's a lot of walking around.

Well done Gary great photos and excellent that you have one being entered into the calendar. I know Kezza and family were planning on going to aggfest last year, Did you end up going Kezza? Its great seeing photos of Tassie, brings back all the beautiful scenery that we are missing!!

The prices I got from Strathayr range from $6.90 to $8.00 per metre square plus $60 delivery. We've also been working out that we'll need about 15 - 20 tonnes of top soil, to give the turf a decent chance, Angus not impressed about the thought of shifting that much by hand, so we're going to phone around again to get some more quotes for having it done for us!!

well I dabble in allsorts really, this one was a watercolour its one I did in the UK. I started going to an art class a few months ago but the tutor moved back to WA. I was gutted and havent really done much since but I thought I'd have a go at putting a couple in the local gallery and low and behold!!

apparently someone has bought it for their mum who is in a local nursing home, the gallery owner let him take it up to her to see if she liked it and she did .. isnt that nice :)

Congrats!!! There is plenty of inspiration here for artists. I'm absolutely rubbish though and wouldn't even embarrass myself to give it a go. It's a lovely art to be able to achieve. I knew you were into crafts, but didn't know you painted, well done you!!:thumbsup:

OMG Donna he is lovely, have you kept the same name for him? I bet the girls love him. Good luck with the gardening, not my favourite thing I'm afraid, I seem to kill everything but nurture weeds!!!
