I think the truth is that his solicitors are truly useless, the offer is probably sat on a desk somewhere, which makes me even more mad. The mortgage broker (which just adds another 3rd party to the equation) has asked the building society to send another one out today by recorded delivery, so if it is not on their desk tomorrow, then something is definitely fishy:sneaky: Buyer has already signed his and sent it from Oman by courier, on Saturday, so they shoud have that today or tomorrow as well. Do you know anyone that's stayed there? I love seeing houses set up hills like that - but being a non-driver at the moment i'm not sure my poor knees could handle walking up them! :lol: Seeing as that picture was taken in July and winter time - the sky is unbelievably blue! :thumbup: I'm in work and have just looked out of the window and at 7.08pm here - the sky is grey - just plain old grey - oh and it's raining (but i'm sure that doesnt surprise you!)... take care Cathy :) |

We stayed there! It was June when we there and we had an amazing storm the night we arrived but the next morning was beautiful. The hotel was lovely, fantastic room with a balcony overlooking the river but a bit on the pricey side, breakfast cost us dearly! I hope the breakfast was worth the money though! :) So you've downloaded all your pics now to disc...at least that was one job out of the way! I really must get some discs for ours soon....i haven't downloaded any and we've got loads of pics on this pc. I use kodakgallery for sharing albums - so at least there's a couple of years worth of copies on there i guess... We keep meaning to buy a DVD recorder so that we can start copying our family home/holiday video's onto DVD's. they're quite reasonable - have seen them for sale for about £80 so i think we'll get one this month. That's the only thing with emigrating - more jobs than a normal move in this country! ;) |

Tonights pic is of the smallest oldest working bank in Tasmania (think i got that right...anybody disagree if so feel free to correct me...Located in Derby on the road to Scottsdale from the direction of the East coast was my route that day eventually ending in Launceston and on to home. The pillar boxes aren't like ours i will take a pic of one so you can see for yourself.Posties over here in towns and cities often deliver the mail on moped like motor bikes and we have letter boxes at the gate and they skilfully go from one box to the next without falling off.
