Default tapping, carramar, ashby

hi,
who lives in the areas above & what are your opinions. we like tapping, but can get cheaper 4x2 in ashby. we have been here three weeks & want to get back into property market. i will probably work in CBD as a pastry chef/lecturer.

We are in Carramar and love it. I am Treasurer of the Carramar and Tapping Residents Association. I also work in the CBD and can be door to door (including a 10 minute walk the other end) in 50 minutes as trains are every 4 minutes at peak time.

I'm up a bit further in Banksia Grove, fairly quiet no trouble, easy to get to Joondalup etc and more importantly still affordable.
