I am very impressed....( yeah, I know...doesnt take much 
)
My sister sent me my Mums statement for our application from Bendigo, Victoria on Friday afternoon....
It arrived here....TODAY!!
It got here quicker than a friend who posted theirs from Peterborough!!
Go figure!!
