Default Taking wood products!

We recently bought some nice oak furniture.
As I love oak I want to take it with us, I read that in OZ they are funny about importing wood, does this apply to items such as tables and TV cabinets or untreated non processed wood products ?

Ask your shipper. They will advise.
Wood is fine if its been "worked" and isnt say bamboo or wicker, pinecones etc. AQIS will fumigate your container and charge you accordingly for the privledge.
