Default taking alcohol
Does anyone know if you can take (duty paid) alcohol to Oz, ie i have a stash of a few bottles of whisky loads of wine, and various other spirits, liqueurs etc. Do you get charged duty? Am I better off having a big party before I go? Anyone want to come!!

You will get charged duty but you can bring it. Do a search on 'importing alcohol', or posts by Andrew63, cos I think he did it.

Not sure about the answer to your 1st question, but a party, yes please.
