Some good registered agents can be found on the MARA, this is a must for chossing an agent. All agents that are registered will have a registration number, I suggest if you go for an agent chose a MARA registered one for safety as they have strict guidelines imposed upon them y the governing body and this adds protection to you as a consumer of their services.

The contract you sign will have LOTS of small print: I was fool enough to sign one that charged for receiving emails, faxes etc at extortionate rates - thinking that there would hardly be any call on them. The "extras" ran into hundreds of $$ a month - on top of the $$$s in fees. MARA registered, and a "respected" pillar of the community.
I was a fool: take great care and learn from others! If you possibly can and you don't have a complex situation - DIY!
