Just wondering if anyone fancies meeting for a drink on the 11th Sept in Melbournes CBD?

I'm thinking along by the strip of restaurants and bars by the casino - that way its pretty central for those of us that dont have cars!

There is a meet already booked for Sept 10th, at the Village Green - see Poll thread further down. We will have a people carrier by then and will be in the CBD so would be happy to offer a lift.

Sounds good - only problem is we'll have the wee ones and may not have sorted out a babysitter by then ! We're in the CBD though so could nip out for a couple, pop back and then let my wife nip down.

Hiya Susan, Sounds great, boyfriend and I arriving on 25th August and staying in St Kilda to begin with so CBD would suit us. No job, no home, no car, no kids, no family...I think we'll need a good drink by 11th Sept!
