Sydney to Bateau Bay transport options?
apart from travelling by car, can I get from Sydney to Bateau Bay and back on a sunday by public transport and if so, how?

If you go by public transport you'll have little or no time in Bateau Bay. If only going for the day I would drive or forget about going.

You would need to get the Wyong service train to Tuggerah station, then get a red bus to Bateau, Check the route and timetable via the URL's below depending on where you want to get off in Bateau Bay.
