My son's orthodontist has said that he'll require orthognathic surgery to correct his bite. He's still too young at the moment and it'll most likely be at least 2-3 years before it's done. This is going to be free on the NHS in the UK. Does anyone know if the same is true about OZ? i.e. If we move in the next few months can and will the operation be done free of charge in Australia?
Oh, I forgot to mention that yes we got it and we went August 2004 to get the initial entry done.

That's the fallback plan.
