Default Supper annuation

Can some one shed some light on supper annuation ?

Is it fixed percentage ?

Contirbution to supper annuation is it by both employer and employee and if so what is the percentage of contributions ?

When applying for IT jobs what are the benefits we need to look out for ?

Any information or website on this would be helpful.

Thanks in advance.

If you are refering to superannuation it is 9% contributed by the employer. The employee may top up the fund - often this is done before tax ie salary sacrifice incurring a smaller charge ie 15% versus 40+%
