Super Pay Out

Folks,

Does anyone know how long it takes to get your Super back once you leave the country? I've filled out the application online and just have to wait until I've left the country/visa is cancelled until I can claim it.

Thanks!

If it's more than 5k expect it to take a while as you'll need to fill out a load of forms etc etc etc

I finished work on the 20th of feb this year,
My last company informed diac they were no longer sponsoring me on or a bouts the 22nd feb so we were looking forward to getting our cash out of the super fund relatively quickly
As of yesterday morning the bladdy visa is still showing as valid on diac.
How long do they take to cancel the thing ?

Have you contacted DIAC yourself and told them to cancel it?

My ex employer informed me that diac would cancel the 457 immediately after being informed that I was no longer being sponsored by them
Have I been informed incorrectly ?
