Hi there every one, i need info about decent areas to live in the Sunshine coast and schools for an 8 year old.

All suggestions would be much appreciated.

And its raining yet again!!!

Hi, It depends on what you want, do you want seaside, acreage, estates etc? We live in what you would call a tiny hamlet Eudlo, nearly all acreage properties yet about 25 minutes from lovely beaches. Our daughter goes to Suncoast Christian College, yr1 -12 cannot praise it enough! Any info wanted just shout!

Mountain Creek school has a good reputation.

My two boys are at Mountain Creek! theres a very strict catchment area though ...being the top end of Mooloolaba we just make it but only just !
PM if you want picky's or details now Im off for a bit of after sunnin'...I got fried today

Not sure about Caloundra High but our 8 year old goes to Caloundra City School and loves it there - Only 12 in his class too.

It's an independent so we have to pay but nothing like the cost of other independent Schools in the area.

We think it's a bargain for what they recieve.
