Great!
Hope others can make it, although I now need to think of a suitable venue

Re: Sunderland Meet anybody?
Well it looks like it's definitely gonna be the 3rd or 4th December, but I'll have to find out if I am definitely off as the stupid ward sister has put 'no more requests' in the off duty request book. So when I went to put my request in today I couldn't, so fingers crossed. I should find out tomorrow.
I thought a nice venue to go to would be the Lambton Worm, which is a Wetherspoons Family friendly Pub. It is less than a 5 minute walk from the train or bus station.
Here is a link for the pub
http://www.jdwetherspoon.co.uk/pubfi...tletNumber=593
...and a map of where it is:
http://www.multimap.com/map/browse.cgi?pc=SR1%203QA
It looks like there could be a few of us going up to now:
mick69 - up for it
tracey.d - will come if she can make it
task - depends on shifts
Chappers - pencilled in
mrs&mrsjames - should be fine
lovealot - if before 15th Dec
Me - Will defo be there, even if it means I have to take a sicky

Think it may have to be sunday coz the ward sister has put me working that weekend but sunday am only a half day, finishing at 1pm.
So how about:
Sunday 4th Dec @ 2pm at the Lambton Worm Pub Sunderland.
Directions as stated earlier in thread

Re: Sunderland Meet anybody?
That's a shame Tracey. I can't change it to the week after right now, as I don't know my shifts for then, and it would be no good if I (the organiser) couldn't make it
Never mind, we'll arrange another after Christmas/New year
