It seems that NAB waiver the monthly fees but charge $4 for every ATM withdrawl

Wow - that seems steep

I get no ATM fees if using a Westpac ATM, plus a few others but not all. You can also get cash back when shopping at some places which wouldn't incur ATM fees as well

Definitely, I was surprised when I found that...I only looked into the ATM fees after looking into Westpac T&Cs about the unlimited ATM withdrawls as I never saw that offer mentioned on the NAB one!

I think I'll just open one with Westpac then, they waive any account fees for 12 months anyway
