stopping tax & spouse visa addy
just a couple of questions.
1 what has everybody done regarding their tax payments(PAYE ).Have you phoned them ? Have you filled in a tax returns form ? etc etc.
2 Applying for a spouse visa, front loaded application, no agents involved, where does it go ? ( Boomie ( bless her cotton socks) has told us it goes to adelaide. Anybody else sent theirs to adelaide ?

I thought spouse visas go direct to London.....

Yep, spouse visas go to Australia House in London.
As for tax, get a form off the Inland Revenue website (O think its a P85?) and tell them you are leaving the country, then you should get a refund.

Thank you all, we had a brief moment of despair when boomie told us it had to go to adelaide. Ann-Marie had already had her medical and the doctors had told her that they would send all the info off for her. The plan was to frontload the application so needless to say we were on the brink of intercepting meds on route to aus. We could just picture them sat there looking at the results saying " who the @@@@ is THIS ! " lol
That bloody boomie is nothing but trouble
