We took 2 yo & 8 month old to bangkok... They loved skytrain river bus golden palace lampini park and the aquarium.

Youand them will enjoy it and everyone adored the kids

We stayed at premier inn at airport..£200 for 3 nights (decided ti save spends til we got here). Pool was best bit fantastic views... Hotel was ok all new clean and tidy, ate in restaurant and had breakfasts- child friendly. There wereno grounds but you can get shuttle bus to airport and catch metro. A goodinteractive kids place at creekside park. As long as it is not a monday get a taxi to jumiera beach park- you pay to get in but has facilities. We went on a monday- ladies only day!!!
Kids enjoyed running around shopping centres but found it hot ..
It broke the journey up and jetlag not been too bad.

Thanks, that's really helpful. Hope all is going well with the move, you sound really chilled, must be the wine! I'm a baileys girl myself, not so great for the hips though.
