Default STNI Meet and Greet

I know this thread has been done before in the past.

But has anybody used the meet and greet service in Adelaide that is being offered.

Did the accommodation turn out to be a crack den in the red light district, or was it decent living accommodation.

Any experiences would be most welcome.

Cheers.

The meet and greet accommodation would be, if it were a hotel, 2 star in my opinion. It is clean, basic and the furniture is stuff that no-one would want to nick. The homes belong to the Housing Trust (SA equiv of council housing) but I still think it is well worth considering as it gives you a base to come to, and you can take your time looking around and choosing a private rental. Even if you only stay a week or two in the meet and greet accomm it should give you a breathing space. Once you are here there are lots of us on this board who can advise you on finding a decent rental property. Do you know what area you want to live, north or south? If south, I can give you the contact details for a couple of rental property agents. regards adelaidegirl

Hi AG
Thanks for your post.
We will probably need accomodation fairly near to Adelaide while we work out which area we want to live. We would very much appreciate property rental agents for the south side.
We really did not want to rent for much over 6 months. We intend to buy a property as soon as we find an area that meets our criteria.
Cheers.
