I did this when we were in NZ, never again would i do this. The estate agents we used did nothing at all. We had an empty house with no chain to hold things up. This was in 2004 with no credit crunch. IMHO it's best to oversee it yourself. But it's a personal decision.

Yep think Im gonna have to stay till its sorted but rental is an option and houses are renting out quite quickly.

But as soon as made the decision to rent it out had 2 people wanting to look at it to buy prior to that not one sniff,

Hoping son will settle a little in the next week and am franticaly trying to sort out work/study/apprenticeship as he is level one bricklaying apprentice.
