Default statutory declarations

Hello
Another query....if anyone can help with regards to stat decs

Some of the forms state that two of the decs have to be
from permanent oz residents and other places it states just at
least two stat decs...not sure if the first one is for applying
on shore.
If it is the case and two have to be from permanent residents
is it just a case of getting them to fill out form 888?
And with the Uk residents do they just write there
statements and then do I have to get them signed by a solicitor?

im sure there will be more questions to come..but appreciate
everyones help

Hi

The two stat decs is just for onshore applications but I would think it would help to have some from aussies, get them to fill out form 888 and get it certified. Have attached a template you can use for the UK ones.

Hope that helps.

A solicitor can't legally certify something if the person who wrote it isn't present so yes I'm sure they need to be there. You could get everyone doing stats together and have a day out at the solicitors!!
