Default Starting to Panic

I don't believe it we have only gone and sold the house to a first time buyer so there is no chain involved and estate agent says that it should complete in 6-8 weeks. All very good if we had our Visa but we don't so now I am starting to panic. Hubby keeps telling me to calm down and all will be fine. What happens if we don't get the visa we will be homeless.

Its a huge risk, one that we took also.. in hindsight, probably not the smartest thing we ever did, but it all came good and we've been here now for almost two years.

Best of luck

I expect your letter from DIMA warns you in the strongest terms not to do things like sell house etc until your visa is granted.

It's your choice as to whether or not to take the risk.
