Starting a new business in Australia (Sydney) Recommendations and Advice
Hi All
Looking for a little bit of advice from any Sydney based members. I'm looking to start my own business here in Sydney. I was previously self employed as a sole trader in the UK but I'm let to believe things are a little different here in Australia.
Can anyone recommend any (preferably free) workshops, seminars similar to the old business link/gateway in the UK where people could go to find any information and get questions answered on starting up here in Australia.
Any recommendations for a good accountancy firm that can help with small business start up and record keeping would be greatly appreciated.
Finally if anyone has any big DO's or DON'TS regarding their own experiences in starting up there own business here in Australia I'd also love to hear them!.
