Stamp Duty NSW
Hi. Could anyone tell me if I would have to pay stamp duty as a first time buyer in NSW? I would be spending roughly 600k.

When we bought in NSW as a first time buyer you paid nothing on property purchases up to $500k then a reduced stamp duty to $600k then full stamp duty over $600k. You also get the $7k grant if you are PR
