We just had our 136 visa granted yesterday !! We also hope to go to Perth in the summer, would love to meet up !!

We too are from staffs heading for Perth, hopefully before the end of the year. Would love a meet up. We are in Newcastle under Lyme, where are you? When and where did you have in mind, let us know and I will arrange babysitter

Love to meet up mate but Sam has Chicken Pox so I am having to take a few days carers leave.....

I know I'm probably biased and am willing to travel but it seems newcastle is probably central to every one thats replied, how about the westbury tavern which is about 1/2 mile from junction 15 of m6 easy to find, just a suggestion and am open to any others

On the plus side its only 5 mins from my house Hee Hee

I'm from Stafford.
We're also from Newcastle under lyme (Keele) and been in Oz 5 months,we love it here on the Gold Coast, a bit warmer than Staffs.... 29 degrees today!!

Glad you're enjoying it, all the best. We are looking at Perth or Gold Coast/Brisbane just not sure yet. Only at the beginning so trying to get as much info as poss. What are the jobs like for Joiners on the Gold Coast?
