Spouse Visa (Permenant) 23.5 Months passed and no reply?
Hi,
Whom to contact in DIMA if permenant spouse visa application(Second Stage) doesn't come to your address even after 23.5 Months of sub class:309 application date?
DIMA have already my current Sydney address but they say my application will be processing at DIMA-Melbourne office.

Ring DIMA, and ask them to check that they have the correct address on file as you have not received the papers yet.
