The rubber lines are used by town and road planners to measure traffic volumes - so don't panic

There were some on a local street round my way early last week, I said to my other half as we were driving in I bet there's a multinova here next week.
Last Friday at about 7:30 in the morning there was a Multinova in the exact same spot....

if there are 2 rubber tubes and are a couple feet apart then they are only there to count traffic volume

Took me a bit of searching a few months ago, but here, hidden in the darkest reaches of the WA Police website, is a list (updated weekly) of where all the Multanova and hand held speed cameras are going to be, in and around Perth.

In WA, because it's a bit more civilised over here, radar speed detectors are legal, so this overcomes the problem of radar speed trapping.

Come to think of it I might check if the guy is actually a real person sitting in his van, he's probably getting in a quick nine holes
I meant to say to you the other day, have you spotted any Whales just of the coast? a couple of times weve been out walking along Chipping Road and there have been some clearly visible only a few hundred metres off the beach, one pod about a fortnight ago had at least 5 or 6. I keep meaning to take the camera and get some pics.

OM Bleemin G - I haven't and I drive along it twice a day, twice a week, to take the boy to kindy, AND walk the dog along most evenings. On sunny days, I nearly crash cos I'm always grinning looking out over the sparkling water! Now I'll be even more likely to crash as I'll be looking for the whales!
Went whale watching in Dunsborough a couple of weeks ago and saw 4 hump backs close up which was fab, but I'd be even more excited to see them off the beach here. If you see them again for god's sake post!!
cheers!

I think it was 2 Saturdays ago when we spotted the big group of them as we were driving home, so we abandon the car on the verge! and stood watching them for ages, people in the houses behind probably thought we were nuts
