Hiya have sent you some K know how you feel i should have flown out to Sydney yesterday but because of the buyers having problems with their mortgage we are still here we have moved flights to 27th Nov but it still cost us another £225 so still peed off. Don't worry house will sell soon and you will be on your way ours went on the market in Feb and we didn't get an acceptable offer till August.

Rent it out with an agent to who will look after it then put it up for sale for buy to let / or sell it later from oz when the uk sales pick up ???
