No we are using Reeds Rains as used them before from Oakhill.
Not telling peeps about the Oz thing either cos of the same.
Just saying that we are moving out to parents house hence no chain.

Congrats on having got an offer that you've accepted. Just one point. Accepting an offer doesn't constitute having sold your house. Best keep the champagne on ice for now and insist the buyer gets a survey done within, say, a month or it goes back on the market.

I've seen too many people accept offers, even start packing boxes(!) only to get messed about for months and the sale fall through. In the meantime the agent is turning away all enquiries.
