Good news at long last - house is sold to a cash buyer (Wow!!)
So if anyone else is still anxiously waiting for that buyer to come along, there are two possibilities:
1) they are still out there and one will come along......
or
2) My buyer was one of a kind......
Seriously though - GOOD LUCK to all concerned - the housing market is still alive, and if not kicking, at least breathing.

We are hoping to go to Perth in Jan/Feb 05, just hoping that visa comes through by then. If not then it will be rental for us until it does.
How about you.

Congratulations.... I'm quite jealous though!!
Will you go into rented before you go..
we've had ours on the market for a month now and not a single viewer... not too worried at the moment... hopefully things will pick up as usual in January, if we still haven't sold in March I will start to panic!!
Good news that the interest rates didn't change today..!!

Congratulations and well done. We've also just accepted an offer from a cash buyer (hurrah for women getting divorced and getting big fat pay offs from their ex's) It's such a weight off our shouders. Now we can stress about all the other things
Good luck

Your right about it being a weight lifted. Hopefully everything else will start to fall into place.

We were getting so worried about the house not selling -but it's true - it only takes one person.....everything else does seem to be falling into place now- just as well as it's only abou 60 days until we go :scared:
