Default Soccer Experts, help needed

I'm in a competition re Eurothingo for soccer. I have to pick the winner of these two matches, and I have absolutely no idea. Matches are

Portugal vs Greece
France vs England

So bring on your suggestions.

Portugal will win Greece.

Hmmmm England v France.

France are arguably best side in the world, we also have a strong side but young players. If our under strength defence plays well we have a good chance of winning.

England to win by 1 goal margin.

Portugal as hosts and generally a better side than Greece I'd say 3-0.

As for England, although I'm patriotic, I'd say 1-0 to France. This is only because tradition dictates that we always get through to the next stage the hard way.

Hope I'm wrong and we stuff them royally on sunday. C'mon England!

Hi

Have a correct score double at the bookies on this:

Portugal to win 3-0

England to draw with France 1-1

Everyone get their cash on this bet, you've had the tip!!

Good luck

Yep Portugal should beat the Greeks and you have to go for a English victory over the froggies.

Forgot to say that it is possible to nominate a draw. So it seems pretty obvious that I should go for Portugal, but do you think a win for France or a draw with England?

I dont want to move Vicky's post in a totaly different direction but i wonder what the thoughts of australians were before they played england in the rugby final.

England were pre match favourites but what was the mentality of the australians, i feel that we sometimes don't get behind our teams like we ort too or we are too pessimistic. Maybe the power of our positive thoughts could spur England onto win.

Who am i kidding

Hi

That begs the question of who we support in the future when we get to Oz and take out citizenship????

Tell you what thou can't wait for 2006 to see the cricket test against Oz at The Gabba in Perth, my lifetime ambition will be achieved!!!!

Supporting England then of course or will I? I should be an Aussie citizen then. Decisions, decisions

Sorry to break the news to you walla1.

But you will never get to see your life ambition.

As the GABBA is in Brissy and the WACA is in Perth.
And never go to the darkside follow England and only them (presuming your English that is).
