Default So long ... and thanks for all the fish ...

We're off. We fly tommorow, via Kuala Lumpa. The house is near empty - just the kitchen table and chairs that we're leaving for our house buyers, a mattress, two laptops, an ironing board (!!!), a hoover and a mop and bucket. Josh is spending a last night at his miserable tw*ts of grandparents (he doesn't realise what cocks they are, being only four and a bit) so we've been polishing off the last of the booze and smoking too much on our own in our very echoy house. Good luck to those on the roller-coaster - it all comes around way sooner than you think.

he will realise in time don't you worry. It was my youngest daughters 4th birthday yesterday. Our mantlepiece had 2 cards, one from me and her dad and the other from her elder sister. All the rest of our family can't seem to get stuff to Oz on time, I manage it the other way mind you. Husband says I should start forgetting myself. My mother in law paid 25 quid into our UK account on lauren's birthday, like I can get to toys r us and buy something on the day, silly cow. She still manages to wind me up and we are the other side of the world. Anyway Hutch, good luck to you and the family, enjoy your new life down under.
