Yeah, I'm in Gloucester got about an inch or so. Might be the last we'll see for quite a while!
Be one of the things I'll miss about the UK though.

Nope, no snow here, a sunny 30C, although spent a lot of time in the RSL this afternoon.

We've got about 2/3 inches of snow Here in the peaks.
Will be much worse higher up.
The sun is shining and it is beautiful.
Unless you have to go out in it in a car.

It was ok until the lorries couldn't get up the hills. This caused people to drive off down B roads where they had this urge to just abandon cars. Bit daft really when you don't have dogs and a sled handy in the boot.
There's a bit of Shackleton in some of us though and he made it home ok, 7 hours late.

I don't have to go anywhere and my wife uses the bus.
A bit inconvenient but a spectacular view from my bedroom window

We're 15 miles south of Cambridge and yes ... it is white outside. Minor roads are passable but a bit slippery, main roads generally OK but a bit slushy. Bit blizzardly earlier but just odd flurries now.
Fraid more snow expected overnight and tomorrow ... probably might not be much but certainly a nuisance.
(Here endeth the weather report from the Cambridge area)
Take care driving tomorrow.
Glenda.

No snow in Pompey... just bright blue skies and a few whisps of clouds... daffodils blowing gently in the breeze... aubretia and forsythia about to come out... ahhhh... the joys of spring!
