Default Sky Digital Box.

Does anyone know if it is worth taking Sky Digital box from UK to NZ, will it work with an NZ viewing card.

Thanks Kev.

Good question and I am sorry I can't answer it but I want to know the same thing but for Oz. My guess is no that it won't be compatible - different satellite feed, different signal. You could ask the same question about the dish as well couldn't you? I hope we get some answers, at least this thread goes back up to the top for a while!

Absolutely no way! Due to the different encryption method, symbol rates and whatnots! The only thing your digibox will be good for is for proping up wonky tables.

Why not sell it on Ebay?

Last time I looked they were going for between £50 and £100. People will buy them as a second box.
