Sinusitis relief, anyone know?

Default Sinusitis relief, anyone know?

In the UK I used to get Karvol capsules. You cut the capsule and add the drops to hot water to inhale. Is there anything similar in Australia does anyone know?

I find a few drops of eucalyptus oil works for me.

Yes, the chemist's here also sell those wee bottles of Olbas Oil - same idea as the bottle of Karvol.

There's also sudafed and there's a teapot thing - Netipot which you put a saline solution in and they are brilliant. A bit weird to do at first but work a treat.

I've used Sudafed here and menthol oil works a treat

Snort 1 tsp of salt in half cup of boiled semi warm water as if it was a white powder pick me up and also wobble with two fingers the area at top of your nose between the eyebrows a few times every hour...
