Probably a really silly question, but do I need to get vacinated against anything if I am going to Singapore for a few days?

Personally I would not get vaccinations. I lived in various parts of Asia for 5 years and did not have any vaccinations.
Singapore is so clinically clean, that it is really not necessary. But it is up to the individual. Depending on when you are going, it may be too late to get your Hep shots anyway as it is done over a course of 6 weeks.
Cheers

Well were were in Singapore last year just as the SARS crisis was ending and we didn't need any then, so you'll be fine.

I think youi'll be fine for a few days.
always safe to have Tetinus (sp?) and polio where ever to are IMO.
If you were going into jungle or for longer hepA & B and typhoid and anti malaria- only know this because we were at Drs last week getting last minute vaccines sorted out for my son who is in Singapore now and then going on to trek through the jungle in Malaysia!
